The cottage of 75m², located on the heights of Auvillar, is a timber frame house with wood cladding facades, built in 2018 and accessible by a private road.
Our cottage has a terrace of 11m by 3m, with magnificent views of the Garonne Valley.
Inside, a master bedroom with 140cm bed, a children’s room with two bunk beds and a 90cm bed (room equipped with a library with books, DVDs, games and a toy box), a dining room. eat / stay and open kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine (no tumble dryer but a clotheshorse), secondary toilet, baby umbrella, changing table, high chair, iron and ironing board. Child’s folding extra bed.
Capacity: 2 adults and 3 children (+ 1 child with extra bed + baby if necessary)
Bathroom with double sink, full shower cubicle and WC suspended.
Television in all rooms.

Outside, covered carport adjoining, all on a flowery ground with a slight slope of 1000m ².
Hot water is supplied by a thermodynamic water heater. Heating by heat pump that turns into air conditioning in summer if necessary.
The cottage is not really suitable for PMR, even if everything is walk-in, there is a walk to enter the shower and the wheelchair could not access the rooms.
In the east wind, from the terrace, you can hear the sound of the highway (invisible though).
